Canadian universities are the best in petroleum and natural gas engineering that's why my choice was The University of British Columbia. Teachers are professionals in their field. I hope to become a highly demanded specialist in future with high salary. I wanted my Medical Education in the UK or US but it was extremely expensive. In Russia I got the same knowledge for much lower price that's why my choice was Russia.
